Lazy, complacent , unhappy staff . Not really rude, just unmotivated and untrained. Tired rooms with few amenities. It's more a trendy bar and restaurant with 3 star rooms on top. Very expensive for what it offers. Give it a miss unless you want to be close to a trendy bar and think you'll not notice the room when you get to bed.

Stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon recently. Upgraded on arrival to a junior suite which was quite spacious by Paris standards - a balcony over the dining area was lovely for chilling out at the end of the day. Service good if sometime as little too cool. Bar area perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail. The courtyard with it's 'green' wall was fantastic and turned into a great place for coffee or lunch during the day to get away from the bustle of Paris.
