I stayed for two nights, it is good for those whom don't mind to stay away from central of Paris and like to travel by metro for 20 mints till attractive areas at Paris opera, al chanzzzz street, tour of effel, and sooo, metro station is 3-4mints waking and area are quit and safe with supermarkets and bakers near hotel. Stuff are welcoming ang helpful. Room are bet small and bathroom is large. Lift is to small, noise from other rooms can be heared closely. As I said you will have to take metro all times since it is located at the end of zone#2 at line 13. It will take you 13mints till chare le degore station at line#1.

Hotel in good location (one tramway stop or 5 min. walk to 13th Metro line station), reception service polite and helpful (and speaking English as well). Hotel is located in safe neighbourhood with two grocery shops and bakery just by the hotel entrance. Bed was relatively comfortable, room was neat and clean and so was the bathroom. In my opinion it is very reasonable accommodation for the price.
